Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you complete authority over your electronic mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a brand new mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward e-mails from one mail account to another, create email filters, create auto-response messages and defend your email boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply select the mail account you wish to redirect mail messages from, then select the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
